Ann Herb joins the Red Reflet Ranch on April 19, 2010 to manage the Guest Services and Hospitality as part of our staff expansion. Ann brings excellent customer service and organizational skills to us, following 4 years in Customer Service at Front Range Airport, just outside Denver, CO. She is the proverbial “City Girl” who is looking forward to this very different experience greatly. Ann is from Britain originally, is a Canadian citizen and has lived in the USA for 5 years with her husband Richard.
